MOTIVATION MONDAY- Guest Blog-Stephanie Marquardt

How much time do we spend trying to get over things in the past or think about future events rather than living for each day? 

I wasted time on things that I could have let go of sooner or worried about something in the future that was out of my control. 

I have gotten better about living each day as it comes. One practice I have started is writing what I am grateful for daily.
