Ripple is a cloud-based platform enabling companies to easily collect real-time, anonymous, peer-to-peer feedback.  This feedback is gathered through Reflection Surveys focusing on five core personality traits (commonly referred to psychology as the “Big Five” personality traits).  After sufficient data is collected, a personal dashboard is populated allowing the employee to see how they are perceived by their co-workers compared against company averages and their own, self-perceptions.  Gaps between these perceptions identify opportunities to build self-awareness.  The more self-aware an employee is, the more effective and efficient that employee is when working with others.
